Research and innovation
Assistance in the development of research projects, either
externally funded or not, including:
- Evaluation of the company's technical
and technological needs and of the
human and economical
resources available for the development of innovations
- Pointing out pieces of innovation
of possible interest for the company and preliminary
evaluation of feasibility
- Finding the external partners
that may supply the experteese possibly needed
from outside for the accomplishment of
the project (Research Institutes, consultants, suppliers)
- Finding possible ways to obtain public funding
for the research activity: relevant calls at all
levels, local, national, european community calls
- Research Project proposal and
planning: definition of methods and times and
evaluation of costs and profits
- Presentation of possible funding
requests:
taking care of the technical and amministrative tasks and of the
relationship with the Institutions
- Coordination of the research activities
of the various participants in the projects,
within and outside the company
- Technical supervision of the activities
:
constantly monitoring and evaluating the results and
addressing the research activity
- Technical and practical support
in the accomplishment of individual tasks
- Preparation of reports on progresses
at intermediate stages and at the end of the project
