The
Personal Data collected by the Site are as follows:
Navigation
data
The
computer systems and software procedures set up for the proper
functioning of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some
personal data whose transmission is implicit in the navigation of the
websites. This information is not collected to be associated with
identified interested parties; however, by their very nature they
could, through processing and association with data held by third
parties, allow users to be identified. These include the IP addresses
or the names of the computers used by the users connecting to the

PURPOSE
AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
The
personal data provided by the interested party will be processed in
compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 of EU
Reg. 2016/679 for the following purposes:

1 letter f)) as the legal basis of the processing;

any request for contact, with the sending of information requested by
you - legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f)) as the
legal basis of the processing.

OR CATEGORIES OF ADDRESS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal
data may be communicated for the purposes specified above to subjects
who will process the data as responsible (Article 28 of the
Regulation) and / or as authorized persons acting under the authority
of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (Article 29 of the
Regulations) as: subjects providing services for the management of
the information system used by Spin SRL and telecommunications
networks; freelancers, firms or companies in the field of assistance
and consultancy relationships. The user's information can also be
communicated to third parties in order to fulfill the obligations
established by law, by the European or national legislation in force
and to allow the defense in court of the company (for example in case
of violations by users of the network ).
The
personal data provided will not be disseminated.
5.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND / OR AN
INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
For
the processing of data related to the services of the website, the
Data Controller uses servers located within the European territory
and computer systems located at the headquarters of the owner. Their
transfer abroad is not foreseen.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING
THE PERIOD
The
processing will be carried out in an automated and manual way, with
methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and
confidentiality, by subjects specifically appointed to do so.
In
compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of
Reg. UE 2016/679 the personal data collected will be stored in a form
that allows identification of data subjects for a period of time not
exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data
are processed.

RIGHTS
OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant
to articles 15 and ss. of the GDPR, the interested party has the
right to ask the Data Controller:

access to your personal data;

the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of
the processing that concerns him;

the opposition to the treatment;
-
the portability of data in the terms set out in art. 20 cit .;
-
where the processing is based on Article 6 (1) (a) or Article 9 (2)
(a), cited above the withdrawal of consent at any time, without
prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent
given prior to the revocation.
Without
prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, the person
concerned who considers that the treatment concerning him / her is in
breach of the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State in which he
normally resides, works or the place where the alleged violation has
occurred (Article 77 cit.).
To
exercise the above rights, the interested party may contact the Data
Controller at the addresses indicated in point 1 of this statement.

UPDATES
This
privacy policy may be subject to changes and / or additions as a
result of any subsequent amendments and / or regulatory additions, to
the updating or provision of new services or to technological
innovations.
